FROM SURVIVING TO LIVING WITH PURPOSE
My path to work this didn't begin in a classroom—it began through my own recovery.
For years, I struggled with addiction until I reached a point where I knew something had to change. Recovery became far more than getting sober; it became an opportunity to rebuild my life with honesty, accountability, purpose, and hope.
Living through that transformation gave me something no textbook could. I understand firsthand the fear, uncertainty, and courage it takes to change because I've lived it myself. That experience continues to shape every conversation, every relationship, and every person I have the privilege of working with.
WHAT I OFFER
Recovery isn't something you should have to navigate alone.
My approach is compassionate, honest, and grounded in accountability. I meet you where you are, listen without judgment, challenge you when you need it, and hold you accountable to the goals that matter most.
Together, we'll build practical strategies, healthier routines, and consistent habits that allow recovery to become the foundation for a meaningful life—not the thing that defines you.

Brian Schultz | Biography & Credentials
"Recovery is important to me. Without it, I cease to exist. It gives me life."
Before entering the behavioral health field, I spent much of my career in hospitality, where I led teams, mentored employees, and discovered that helping people grow was the part of my work I found most meaningful. Long before I became a recovery coach, I was passionate about helping people recognize strengths they often couldn't see in themselves.
That realization led me to pursue formal training in addiction counseling, and dedicate my career to helping others navigate recovery and major life changes. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I also understand the importance of creating spaces where people feel accepted, respected, and safe enough to be authentically themselves. Healing happens when people are able to be who they truly are.
Today, I combine lived experience with my profession as a Recovery & Sobriety Coach and Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor. My goal is to bring my knowledge, wisdom, and expertise to those who are ready to create a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and worth showing up for.
